Francis (Frank) Paul
was “set-up” with a recorded (control call) phone call; assisted by Detective Kristina Carr and initiated by Erin Doe (alleged victim), on February 13, 2025.
The "set-up" of a total stranger
to the "alleged victim," was put into motion by false accusations and the misleading deceptions of  Erin Doe* and her mother.

Soon after hearing the mp3 audio recording for the first time (some months later - after it was actually recorded), Mr. Paul (now the Defendant), with his Lawyer present while carefully listening to the tape (digital file), started to doubt that the Kristina Carr/Control Call Audio Recording was accurate and genuine.

It seemed that their were certain parts that Frank had said in the conversation, that were not included or heard by him when listening to it the first time, and later on also.  Things that he knew he had said - during the phone call. Later that evening Frank decided to transcribe the control call audio recording by hand, writing one word at a time.

When Frank Paul was finished writing down all of the words spoken, he found 22 places on paper and on the audio waveform where he believes the mp3 audio file recording had been altered, edited, modified, parts removed, parts added and/or sections where the volume was muted to zero.

After thoroughly listening to the control call audio recording using the Free Open Source
Audio Software Audacity
that he's had on his computers and has been using since 2012, Mr. Paul then created a screenshot picture of the MP3 waveform where
he found and marked 22 places (red lines)
of suspected editing concerns
in the audio recording.

Some months later, Mr. Paul had to find the truth out about his suspicions of the audio recording not being a true representation of all words spoken during the call.
After a diligent nationwide search for a
Certified Audio Forensics Professional
in the field of Audio Authentication,
he engaged the services of
Tamar Forensics
Marisa T. Déry.

Some more months later, after the analyzation and review of the Control Call Audio Recording
by Tamar Forensics, Marisa T. Déry provided
an indepth report,
based on documented findings using the most modern techniques.

It just so happens that Francis Paul has been
writing and recording songs
since the late 70's and is familiar with records and recording. Over the years, he's been approached by numerous record labels while continuing to avoid the spotlight;
His decision remains:
“The Answer is No!”
 He explains it write hear:
“I Don't Wanna Be a Star!”

Below is Mr. Frank Paul's rendering of his findings, several months before the
Professional Audio Forensics Authentication was requested or initiated.

Control Call MP3 Audio Recording recorded by Detective Kristina Carr will most likely never be transferred or turned over to Tamar Forensics; Marisa T. Déry for Authentication.
It would show the true conversation and everything Francis (Frank) Paul actually said, which would quickly lead to his exoneration.

The Original MP3 Control Call Audio File
would be a different hash value and a larger or smaller file size compared to the one already provided to Mr. Paul & his Lawyer as
the only evidence/discovery, so far.
This event would then strongly suggest a high probability of tampering. (Editing, alteration and/or modification of the MP3 Audio File.)

So ... as of Monday, May 4,
the Control Call MP3 Audio Recording
(as the only evidence against Mr. Paul)
recently analyzed and reviewed by
Tamar Forensics / Marisa T. Déry
appears to be very problematic for those who recorded it, and participated in
it's chain of custody process.

Some people might ask: Who would strong-arm the average citizen like this?
