• ErinDoe accuses Frank Paul of a crime, based on a (36 seconds) voicemail message.
• Based on the report date of 2-11-2025, Felony Charges are started the same day!
• The alleged victim ErinDoe, being sworn and under oath, made a false police report to:
Detective Milillo, Detective Triplett and/or Detective Carr.

During the Victim's Interview as seen below, ErinDoe says: "the Defendant (Francis Paul) told her that he was going to post her nude photographs on his website."

Based on the actual (36 seconds) voicemail evidence gathered from ErinDoe's phone that day,
Mr. Frank Paul does not promote or mention
"the posting of her nude photos
on his website"  at all.

But rather, Mr. Frank Paul asks permission to
"Post Links" to
Her "Twitter,"
(which currently has 13,300 posts),

Her "Facebook,"
(which currently has 30,000 followers),
and other social media websites of interest; featuring many content creators, which may include International website platforms.

For example;
Her OnlyFans is based in London, England.
Her TikTok is based in China, etc.

Asking permission to post links is not a crime.
Posting URL's and links to social media platforms and posts is widely accepted
for sharing content.
These are not crimes."

ErinDoe say's she received 2 voice mails,
and 5-6 missed calls from the defendant.

• Only 1 voicemail ( 36 seconds),
was made a part of this Case against
Mr. Francis (Frank) Paul.

There is no proof of any other
"voicemail" or "missed calls"
entered into the (evidence) records.

• Mr. Paul (the defendant),
did not "tell her" anything.
It was a (36 seconds) voicemail message only.
Rather, during the first and most substantial interview with 2 Detective's at her dining room table at home, it was ErinDoe and her mother that were responsible for the spewing of
several false accusations and lies.
Misleading the Investigation by:
creating a malicious false narrative,
and later; committing perjury.

ErinDoe : Threatening to post intimate photos on a public website that are not meant to be shared.

They, they, these were hacked from my phone years ago, and he left a very threatening voicemail.

So I, I... it's really threatening.

I know what he's talking about. They're photos that are not available to the public.

Um, they're not links. They're probably photos.

Because they're nudes or lewds that were available on the dark web that people have hacked from my phone.

Yeah, so they were five stalkers who are ... hacked my phone.

I put feedback to Google to take all the sites that I saw down, and they did. Um, but I guess he found them. Yeah, I s..

Detective #1 : Is that fair to say?

ErinDoe : I looked everywhere and, um, that is true.

Um, I was telling my mom that he must be a really good computer hacker because I looked everywhere and I couldn't find these photos.

I think it also crosses into the criminal when you're threatening to publish private images of somebody.

Detective #1 : Oh yeah ..

ErinDoe : That's a threatening voicemail.

Does he have to, like, kill us before it, it comes to a point where you intervene?

I'm genuinely asking the question because this has gotten to a, a, completely impossible point.

Mary : Um, he, he was just so evil.

Early on, at their first meeting with the Detective's, on February 11, while getting a game plan down, Detective #2 does mention a set-up ...

February 11 • Felony Charges ( Extortion / Threats ) are started, but not yet filed.

February 12 • ErinDoe and her mother are coached and directed into applying for a Stalking Injunction / Restraining Order against Mr. Paul.

February 13 • By February 13th, a temporary "Stalking Injunction" has been filed and now a Court Order hand delivered to Mr. Paul at this home, that restricts him from contacting ErinDoe (the alleged "victim") in any way; by phone, text, in person, etc.

February 14 • ErinDoe documents a supposed phone call to her while she was at home, from Francis Paul, and a screenshot of phone number 1, (772 area code), on her phone.

February 15 • ErinDoe documents a supposed phone call to her while she was at home, from Francis Paul, and a screenshot of phone number 2, (325 area code), on her phone.

February 15 • ErinDoe reports this caller as Francis (Frank) Paul to Local Law Enforcement at about 8pm that evening, and files a police report.

February 21 • Based on the 2 supposed phone calls to ErinDoe (the "victim"), and because the Stalking Injunction / Restraining Order had recently gone into effect against Mr. Frank Paul, the Violation of Injunction Against Stalking Charges were signed and filed.

February 28 • Mr. Paul was charged with: Contempt of Court Violation of Injunction Stalking, (F.S.S. 784.0487.4A), and was then arrested and brought to JAIL:I|I|I|I|I:

Note : Francis (Frank) Paul did not make either of the above described phone calls, and has never had either of the phone numbers or phones associated with these calls that lead to his arrest. 1 year later, charges are still pending.

Law Enforcement Officers (during a deposition) have admitted that they did not follow up in any way to verify ownership of the phones, and the towers that were "pinged" off-of, when the supposed 2 phone calls were made.

This (2) phone calls story by ErinDoe was a total lie, while she willingly committed outright perjury, twice!

After doing some research, both numbers appear to belong to the same person/entity, since they are both associated with 2 different Solar Panel test websites offering the same types of products, one in Texas and the other in Florida.
